She is a Mind-Body Healing Practitioner, Energy Healing Learner, and Community Operations Coordinator, responsible for the association’s operational coordination, including organizing offline healing events in Sydney and online public welfare programs. Over the years, she has continuously studied healing modalities such as Tarot, singing bowls, Reiki, and crystal healing, and brings extensive experience in event coordination and consultation support. Through ASA, she hopes to help create a safe, professional, and welcoming space where more people can reconnect with their inner strength.

She is a CPA, Psychological Counselor, and Healing Practitioner, responsible for the association’s financial governance and compliance management, supporting its sustainable development and the advancement of psychological healing and community service initiatives. Alongside her professional background in finance, she has long been dedicated to exploring emotion and the subconscious mind, and continues her work in counseling and healing practice, with a commitment to balancing professional management and human-centered care.

She is an Entrepreneur, Operations Management Specialist, and long-term student of psychology, responsible for the development and management of the association’s operational systems, including strategic planning, brand development, journal projects, and the operation of domestic and international social media and community activities. With years of experience in entrepreneurship and operations management, she has been studying psychology systematically since 2013 and has remained actively involved in public welfare service, with a commitment to advancing the sustainable development of psychological healing initiatives through professional operations.

She is a Psychological Counselor, Human Resources Specialist, and Team Development Manager, responsible for the association’s human resources coordination and professional talent development, including the career development of counselors, team building, and the coordination of online lectures and events. With 20 years of experience in psychological counseling and human resources management, she excels at integrating professional psychological knowledge with team management practice to help build an efficient, professional, and supportive working environment at ASA, while promoting the sustainable development of psychological healing programs and talent cultivation.

He is a Pediatric Rehabilitation Medicine Specialist, Psychomotor Rehabilitation Expert, and Medical Researcher, currently serving as the Lead of Psychosocial and Psychomotor Rehabilitation in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine at Nanjing Children’s Hospital. He specializes in pediatric rehabilitation, psychomotor rehabilitation, and multidisciplinary treatment (MDT) for complex conditions. He holds dual master’s degrees in Psychomotor Rehabilitation from ISRP in France and the University of Murcia in Spain, and has obtained both European certification in psychomotor rehabilitation and international certification as a physical rehabilitation instructor. He has published multiple papers in SCI-indexed and core academic journals, and has also contributed to the writing and translation of several professional books on pediatric rehabilitation and psychomotor rehabilitation.

She is a Graphic Designer, UI Designer, and Brand Strategy Specialist, responsible for the association’s brand identity, visual consistency, and design standards, ensuring that all promotional materials and online and offline content remain cohesive and professional. Having lived in Australia since childhood, she brings years of experience in graphic design and UI design in the Australian context, with a strong understanding of international design trends and user experience standards. At ASA, she combines creative design with brand strategy to strengthen the association’s visual identity system and enhance the visual communication of its psychological healing and public welfare initiatives.

He is an IT R&D Specialist, System Architect, and Technology Manager, responsible for the association’s digital infrastructure, IT system management, and technical support, ensuring the efficient operation of its daily activities and online platforms. With over 10 years of experience in IT development and management, he has strong expertise in software development, system architecture design, and team leadership. At ASA, he is committed to integrating technology with public welfare and psychological healing initiatives, helping build a secure, stable, and sustainable digital platform for the association.

He is the Founder of the Jichuang Knowledge Platform, as well as CTD Design Consulting and Shenzhen Shuzhihui Consulting, and is widely recognized as one of China’s leading experts in service and experience design. He previously served as the Head of Innovative Product Design at the R&D centers of Samsung, Tencent, and Lenovo, and has long focused on product innovation, service design, and growth strategy research. A graduate of the School of Design at Jiangnan University, he is currently a Visiting Professor at the Shanghai Institute of Visual Arts, Fudan University, and a master’s supervisor at multiple universities. He has provided design strategy and innovation consulting for companies including Baidu, Alibaba, Huawei, and JD.com, and is the author of works such as The Jichuang Thinking Matrix.

She joined the ASA International Psychological Healing Association in November 2025 as a Brand Marketing Specialist, Public Relations Consultant, and Advocate for Psychological Healing. With over 20 years of experience in marketing and public relations, she has worked across brand building, market promotion, and partnership management for organizations including Disney, emerging family-oriented brands, and large state-owned enterprises. As a long-term learner and practitioner in psychological healing, she is committed to supporting ASA’s mission through strategic brand communication, public engagement, and the promotion of mental health and healing initiatives.

She is the Founder of Beijing Xinqinglang Psychological Counseling Studio, Deputy Chair of the Beijing Charity Volunteers Association, and a specialist in editorial content and publication development. With over 10 years of experience in journal and magazine editing, she has long been engaged in content planning and publishing management. At the ASA International Psychological Healing Association, she provides guidance on editorial direction and quality management for the association’s journal and content platforms, supporting the development and dissemination of ASA’s professional content system.

Sasha joined the ASA International Psychological Healing Association in March 2025. She has long been dedicated to the fields of personal growth and psychological development, with years of experience in talent and potential exploration and coaching practice, supporting individuals in deepening self-awareness and inner growth. She has received systematic training in coaching and mind-body development, with professional backgrounds in life coaching, health coaching, mindfulness meditation, and sound healing. In her practice, she also integrates MBTI personality interpretation and cognitive healing approaches to help individuals explore their potential and developmental direction.
